How much are the shipping cost?
Shipping will always be free when you order from us.
How long will my order take?
Orders typically take 1-4 weeks to be delivered. We are not responsible for postage delays in your country.
I placed an order and never received a confirmation email.
If you did not receive a confirmation email from Boho Cove within a few hours after placing your order, please be sure to check your email’s spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Why haven't I received my tracking number?
Items can take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped from our suppliers. Once your item been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that your items may be shipped separately and include multiple tracking numbers.
Why isn't my tracking number displaying any information?
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to populate. After 48 hours, if your tracking number is still not available, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I return my items?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return.
